Quick start

1. Connect power and data (USB/Ethernet) and switch on the printer.
2. Install the TM-T20III driver if prompted; reboot if required.
3. Load 80mm paper, ensure the roll feeds from the bottom, and close the cover until it locks.
4. Print a test from TillTech POS or the built-in feed/test function.

General care & maintenance

• Replace rolls cleanly to avoid torn paper in the path.
• Use the self-test after moving or transporting the unit.
• Wipe the thermal head with approved cleaner to avoid faded prints.
• Clear jams fully before reloading to prevent repeat jams.
