Transfer a .co.uk from GoDaddy

Use the IPS tag NAMECHEAP-INC to move your domain to TillTech-managed hosting.

Steps

  1. Log in to GoDaddy Domain Control Center and open the .co.uk domain.
  2. Unlock the domain if it's locked; disable Ownership Protection/Privacy if prompted.
  3. Go to Additional Settings → Transfer domain away from GoDaddy.
  4. Follow the transfer checklist, then enter the new IPS tag: NAMECHEAP-INC.
  5. Confirm the transfer; notify support@till.tech so we can accept and prepare DNS.

Notes

  • Domains within 60 days of purchase or a previous transfer cannot be moved until the lock expires.
  • For .co.uk domains, the IPS tag replaces an EPP/auth code.
  • Keep existing nameservers until we confirm the transfer, then we will cut over to NS1.ENGD.COM / NS2.ENGD.COM if requested.
